TRUST! Friendly, efficient, honest. Repaired my brakes, checked my check engine light and replaced my air filter all for more than $200 less than Lex Brodie estimate to just repair my brakes. From now on I will always have my Honda Fit serviced at Artesian Auto Repair! Many thanks.

This place is the best! I called three other shops to get my flat tire fixed and got quotes for almost double the price of Artesian. One shop told me it would take 1.5 hours to get the tire fixed even if I made an appointment! Artesian was super kind and professional and fixed my tire in 15 minutes. I can't thank this shop enough. Aaron was awesome and very kind, as was everyone else in the shop. I HIGHLY recommend this shop for all your repair needs because they are amazing, honest, and fast.

Old car 2012. It's past noon. Check light came on. Altimeter . Was able to drive off with new altimeter installed in less than 2 hrs. Saved my okole again Waited in the AC room and had Cheetos and Doritos for lunch while it rained that day. Ever grateful to the wonderful staff at Artisan Auto.

Just prior to Thanksgiving, the electronic display on my 2009 Genesis suddenly reported failures, including ABS, ESC, and Tire Pressure Monitor. A few miles later, the power steering failed. Expecting to pay more than $1,000, I took the car to Artesian Auto Repair the next morning. Aaron was so great- completed trouble shooting, found a frayed digital transfer cable, and got the replacement that same day. My charge for repairs was less than $200. Oh, and he reset a warning in my spouse's Honda that same day with no charge. He's the man!

I never expect a car repair trip can be so satisfying. Tire got nail punctured. It's a hard-to-detect slow-leaking type. They took me in with a very short notice. Aaron got right into it on the ground and later onto the rack. Another gentleman road tested it to make sure. All the time I was sitting in cute little waiting room watching funny video. Jamie wrapped it up with warm holiday greetings and snacks. I found my faith for humanity in a tire repair trip. Thank you guys. Happy holiday!

Knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Top notch service providers I love Artesian Auto Repair. It started with an older car I had purchased and during my oil change they pinpointed a couple of possible concerns. I was worried, thinking repairs would take weeks but they were kind enough to fit me with an appointment quickly. I really appreciated the time they took to clearly explain the cause of the concerns. I felt informed, not pressured. I felt welcome and taken care of. They have a knack for remembering my name and saying it correctly. And when I ran out of there forgetting my grocery bag, they stored it in their fridge! Saved my lomi lomi! When I returned the next day I was greeted by name and handed my cold grocery sack. I drove out of there with so much relief today. New pads and rotors, a fresh oil change, my heat shield repaired and my oil leaks addressed. Artesian does quality work, they were forthcoming and honest, put me at ease and took great care of me and my car. I will never go anywhere else. check them out!

Amazing customer service and high quality work! They saved me a ton of money compared to another shop that was trying to rip me off ($40 for a simple repair when another shop was quoting me $1000s for a complex repair). Highly recommend!

They did some work on my daughters Chevy Tahoe, air conditioner, and it worked great for six months and then something with the radiator leaking affected the air conditioner. The were so incredibly thoughtful and caring. They fixed the radiator leak and corrected the problem with the air conditioner and would not take any additional money. I tried to pay them since they gave me a quote, and they refused to accept the payment. I have never seen a business do this before, and I felt that their thoughtfulness and expertise deserved an excellent commendation

The staff were so helpful and got me scheduled for an oil change over the phone. I had been driving around town but every other place had 2+ hour long waits and didn't take any appointments. At Artesian, they got started on my oil change right away, had a comfortable waiting area with snacks and drinks, and were quick! They found something wrong with my car and were honest with me about how urgent it was (not very) and how much it would cost. They weren't pushy, and didn't try to make a quick buck off a naive customer. I really appreciated their professionalism, and I will definitely be back!!

The absolute best mechanic I've been to in a long time! They work on my wife's Audi and my Silverado so they can pretty much do anything. My wifes car needed brakes and this shop was over $1000 less than the audi dealer and about 300 less than other independent shops. Granted they use aftermarket parts but the parts they did use were Centric fully coated rotors (important for corrosion control here on island) which is a premium brand and top of the line. I was so impressed by this that i had them also inspect my truck which came back with a clean bill of health. This shows me they're an honest shop. They could have easily squeezed a buck out of me saying it needed the diff fluid or power steering etc changed but they didnt. I will never go anywhere else for repairs or maintenance. I drive about 45 minutes out of my way to come here because they're that good.

One of THE BEST mechanics shops in town. Aaron the shop manager is the nicest guy I've ever met. They are thorough, they are professional, and they are nice. They are a bit inconvenient in location, but who cares?? They are amazing at their job!! Also, he even got me an Uber cause I had an issue w my ride AND got me a luxury Uber???? He didn't have to do that but man, very unexpected and highly wonderful. Also, they don't do transmissions which is totally fine, I get it. Aaron recommended HIGHLY for people to go to Certified Transmission Differential and guys name there is Tracey.

Artesian Auto Repair is the place to go to get your vehicle repaired. They will give you a quote on how much it will cost and took good care of my vehicle. Called and let me know my vehicle is almost done with the repairs. Also, the price is something I can afford.

Thank you again. Aaron and all of the mechanics/ technicians and they're awesome receptionist again have help me. I'm hoping this is the last time I will see them for a very long time they have kept a 2003 Ford Focus running until new cars can come to the island. They have shown there Aloha by understanding where I'm coming from and the help that I and the car required. The old saying shop local oh, keep it local. I went here based on other reviews and was not disappointed. Had I difficult to diagnose problem with a new car I bought fixed at a reasonable price. The clear communication and honesty were apparent as well as the quality work. Recommend for any anti motive needs!

Had my starter go out and needed a tow. So I called around and luckily I found these guys. Kristi answered the phone super nice gave me the number to a tow company. ( American Tow also great) Got my car in same day and were able to replace starter and battery. I will be going back for sure. Mahalo for the great service!

The Courtyards at Panahou Manager

Scheduling an appointment through their site was easy and got an email confirmation from Kristie shortly after. Dropped the car off in the morning for a diagnostic check and oil change and picked it up in the afternoon with my quote for repairs. All totaled up to about $1,500 with parts and labor but was informed that nothing was too urgent and to fix just as soon as I could. They did not pressure me at all, but simply expressed the needs of the vehicle in order of priority to repair. Chris went over the quote with me, explaining all of their recommendations thoroughly. Everyone was courteous, professional, and friendly - 10/10 service, will return for repair work soon!

This place is simply AMAZING! I was quoted $2K from another company to have my car repaired without even looking at it first but these guys charged me a 1/4 of the price and with Great customer service to boot! I dropped my car off at 8am and they were done by 11:30am. Look no further for all your transportation repairs, I highly recommend them.

Reset my SAS on my BMW 325i for free! Called everywhere from Wahiawa to Honolulu, everyone wanted $130 ++. They did it as a courtesy. Absolutely recommend this place if you need any work done on your car, definitely if you trying to find a honest mechanic for you BMW!

I equate going to an automotive mechanic like I would going to the dentist (no offense dentists out there), however, if there is a problem it needs to be taken care of. This is only the second time I have had confidence and full respect for a mechanics shop, from the great customer service to the the mechanics working on the vehicles...absolutely the best.
